“Imagine who you could be, and then aim single-mindedly at that.”
—Jordan Peterson
Most of us carry beliefs we didn’t choose—stories about who we must be to earn love, stay safe, or prove our worth. These beliefs quietly shape our choices, our relationships, and how we treat ourselves and others. Too often, they keep us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us and prevent us from creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
My work is about helping you notice those patterns—not with judgment, but with curiosity and care. With training in both psychology and philosophy, I don’t just focus on surface behavior or teach coping skills, I help you explore what’s really going on underneath. Together, we’ll ask questions like: Where did this belief come from? Is it even true? And what might life feel like without it?
We'll spend time examining automatic responses—the things we do without a second thought, like saying yes when we really want to say no, shrinking ourselves to keep the peace, or frequently doubting our abilities—and explore what they might be trying to tell us about your underlying desires, fears, or values.
Depending on what you need, our work might include mindfulness, habit tracking, journaling, or simply honest, spacious conversation. It’s always tailored to you. I aim to create a space where you feel deeply heard. Where you don’t have to perform or pretend. Where you can slow down, determine what really matters, and move toward what feels true for you.
